Susan Finch serves as Marketing Director for Michele Scherger and Pinnacle Real Estate Group, where she oversees the firm’s website, content, and digital presence. She rebuilt sellingportstlucie.com from the ground up and manages the ongoing work that keeps it current, including market reports, a blog series written to answer the questions homeowners are actually asking, social media content, and resources for Treasure Coast homeowners facing distress. Behind the scenes, she handles the technical pieces that let Michele focus on her clients, from email and domain management to connecting the site’s listings and lead tools so every inquiry lands where it should.

Susan has worked in PR, marketing, and advertising since 1988, starting at an agency before founding Susan Finch Solutions in 2001. She has built websites since 1996 and specialized in WordPress since 2009, and her firm is a COBID-certified business serving clients in real estate, nonprofit, and government. She met Michele through the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA), where Susan supports a number of member agents with their marketing, and she brings a deep understanding of the default servicing, REO, and short sale world that Pinnacle has worked in since 2003.
